For this purchase requirement, the scope of work comprises the fabrication and supply of reversed engineer assembly, as well as determining the technology used for manufacturing.

The Challenge

An underground mining company contacted RU to manufacture and supply a part that had incomplete manufacturing specifications. It needs high machining tolerance such that it can fit into other mechanical parts, and the product requires tungsten impregnation in construction. 

Solution

RU performed material analysis, generated precision forging part drawings, determined construction materials, and product-making technology. RU formed a team of material experts, production engineers and supply chain management to manufacture, source correct raw material to construct the product.

RU achieved high quality delivery that fits perfectly, performs good in service life, reduced purchasing complexity and cost.
