SCOPE OF WORK

For this contract, the scope of work comprises the evaluation of the piping system and redesigning it to improve capacity as per ASME B36.3. Our task was to supply and pack the complete pipe lining package.

The Challenge

The customer faced bottleneck in production throughput caused by existing piping system design. The customer requires solution to improve throughput to meet operational target.

Solution

We viewed that the main pipelining system was unable to meet the capacity necessary. They contacted RU to redesign the entire pipeline system. We designed and constructed the sub-distribution pipeline to allow increased capacity.
